Cody Jordan is a 12-year veteran of legislative policy battles and political campaigns in a dozen states and Washington, DC. He cut his teeth in communications in 2012, working with national non-profits and presidential campaign consultants. Since then, he has worked in and around various Capitol buildings as an activist, a strategist, a high-level campaign operative, and a legislative Chief of Staff. 

Cody’s diverse roles have given him experience in a wide range of marketing and communications functions, including copywriting, digital advertising, email marketing, community engagement, direct mail, design, and video production.

Creative thinker and data-driven. High energy and low stress. Vision-oriented and results-focused. These are the attributes that helped Cody succeed when he was pounding pavement for candidates, managing large teams in multi-state political operations, and when he was helping pass landmark legislation into law as a senior staffer.

Cody is a native of Ft. Worth and a superfan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Texas Rangers. He has resided in Austin for over 10 years and is newly married to his beautiful wife, Kalyn.

Caleb Cashdollar has managed teams for political projects and campaigns from school boards to U.S. Congress across six states and has an extensive background in grassroots fundraising.

Much of Caleb’s career has been spent building teams and managing people, producing high-quality and efficient ground operations that race toward victory. He has a reputation for steady leadership when facing new challenges and difficult circumstances, consistently overcoming obstacles and delivering success for his clients.

Caleb has worked with businesses, PACs, candidates, and non-profits on everything from petition drives, ballot initiatives, fundraising, and traditional campaigns. He understands how to connect a message with its target audience and fosters an environment of excellence for the volunteer and paid resources he manages.

He has a passion for helping people and looks at his work as a matter of stewardship. His tenacity, diverse experience, and natural instincts are assets in any campaign.

Caleb currently oversees ground operations for Griffin Communications in multiple states and contributes to campaign strategy.

Alexandra Rhone has dedicated her academic and professional career to standing out from the pack. A firm believer in working smart and working hard, she has managed teams across multiple industries, starting with running a restaurant while going to school full-time for her MA. 

After graduating with her master’s in English at just 21, Alex became the project leader and head copywriter marketing a startup in the neuropsychology field. There, she honed her skills in research and informative writing before entering the sphere of journalism and news media.

Most recently, Alex came in on the ground floor of the inception of an online news publication, where she became the executive editor. While in charge of the newsroom, she singlehandedly managed a team of twenty editors and journalists. Her subsequent immersion in current events and politics eventually brought her to Griffin Communications. 

Alex’s wide-ranging professional background has endowed her with supreme adaptability and a talent for conceptualizing problems and solutions from every angle. Her razor-sharp eye for detail and ceaseless dedication to quality and efficiency are the hallmarks of her contribution to any team.
